Recovering a lost password

Since passwords are saved in an encrypted format, the Paranormal.com staff cannot retrieve your original password if it is lost or forgotten. Instead, you will be able to create a new password.

Step 1: Click on the “Log in” link at the top-right of any web page, then click on the “Forgot your password?” link located directly under the Password field in the displayed Log in box.

Step 2: Enter the email address currently associated with your Paranormal.com account, complete the verification challenge, and then click the “Reset” button.

Step 3: Check your email inbox for an email from Paranormal.com. Click on the link provided in the email that will direct you to a Paranormal.com web page where you will be able to reset your password.

You will then be able to log in to Paranormal.com using your existIng username and the new password.
